Except for not showing the first scheduled time, this followup appointment went very well. (Apparently an illness and they were shorthanded). Technician was personable, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very willing to answer my questions. I would recommend again....our service agreement has paid for itself over and over; however, the tech mentioned that if he could not fix because of lack of parts being available (unit is from 1995) they would not replace. I will be reviewing this before I sign up for next years service agreement.
