Scott G was one of the finest professional service people that I have encountered in almost 50 years of owning my own home. Not only was the service perfect he was quite helpful with his honest and experienced recommendations which in the long run will save me both time and money. more

Garage Opener Service 2/8/2017

Except for not showing the first scheduled time, this followup appointment went very well. (Apparently an illness and they were shorthanded). Technician was personable, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very willing to answer my questions. I would recommend again....our service agreement has paid for itself over and over; however, the tech mentioned that if he could not fix because of lack of parts being available (unit is from 1995) they would not replace. I will be reviewing this before I sign up for next years service agreement. more

Review of Brandon's visit 10/6/2016

Brandon arrived on time and immediately began inspection of my garage door and frame as well as the opener. I was on my lunch so time of the essence. He made clear and decisive conclusions, passed those on to me with all options and was friendly and kind, letting me know all decisions were mine to make. Enjoyed the experience more
