I could not have asked for a more courteous, knowledgeable and patient installer. Kevin introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and how it will be done. Kevin was very concerned about not soiling my carpet. Kevin knew all the answers to ALL my questions. which brings up Kevin's patients. Kevin was never short with me nor did he make me feel like my questions were unimportant and he stopped to listen & answer my questions. Kevin also left no trace he was here except the paper work (which he explained in detail) and a well function furnace & AC!! I would like to make you aware of what an asset Kevin is to your company. I could find nothing he did wrong!!
