Nothing but problems regarding the rental property process and management. We are not renewing our contract with Rent Vest. They were named Gentry Property Managment when began our contract. Neither we, the owners, nor the tenants, are pleased and I do not recommend unless you do not mind being taken advantage of. There is no management of our property at all, just collection of money and report of repairs when they deem necessary.
