RentVest, Gentry Property Management 3/16/2017

I will never recommend RentVest / Gentry to anyone that desires to have their rental property managed. We have residential property in Arizona and decided to take a chance since the Google reviews were great. This company is not good for property owners with multiple properties at all. My tenant is having such a hard time with them as well. more

Not good for those with rental properties 2/1/2017

Nothing but problems regarding the rental property process and management. We are not renewing our contract with Rent Vest. They were named Gentry Property Managment when began our contract. Neither we, the owners, nor the tenants, are pleased and I do not recommend unless you do not mind being taken advantage of. There is no management of our property at all, just collection of money and report of repairs when they deem necessary. more

Property Management is disastrous 10/27/2016

Gentry, also known as RentVest, has a poor quality Property Management team, managed by Travis. Very inconsistent and has no regard for the owner's property nor the tenants. Very argumentative and combative. Very unethical company that will continue to change its name while decreasing in work productivity. more
