I wasn't sure what needed to be done to my heater. It just stopped working which is scary because anything can happen.
Mike S. started with the simplest and lowest cost options rather than going for the dollar signs knowing that I would not know the difference.
The repair went well. Mike also took the time to educate me on the value of a regular
service on the unit. He did it sharing information not trying to sell me something that is not needed. I believe he has integrity and have scheduled and appoint for the preventive maintenance.
