Annual Heater checkup 9/30/2018

Mike and Cade were on time, carefully completed their work, went over the review of my heater with me and explained what they had done and that I didn't need any repairs or replacements at this time. Good report card. They were professional and finished promptly. more

Air Conditioning 8/27/2018

I called them and told them I needed to have the air conditioning fixed asap. They came out within 1 hour and had the unit working within 4 hours, we had surgeries that day and needed the unit fixed quickly, they were able to fix it in time for the surgeries. We appreciated the prompt response, the technicians were very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and kept us up on everything they were doing to fix the problem. more

Great diagnostics of my cooling problem 8/13/2018

Mike arrived as scheduled, and listened as I explained the problem. He understood the problem with the flow of cooling throughout the house, and offered several alternatives. There was no pressure to buy a new system, upgrade eat existing one or sell me something I didn't need. He informed me that after talking with my wife, if we wanted a detailed estimate for establishing "zones" in the house to help even out the cooling, that I could contact the office to arrange for the visit. I'd be happy to have him back! more

Water heater leak 8/7/2018

I had a leak above my water heater and called and scheduled service. I soon got a call back and they had a cancellation. Within 30 min. Zach was there and had fixed the problem in less than an hour. Yay more

This is the second time I have called Allbritten to come and service my air conditioner. The first time the problem was a faulty breaker box switch. One year later, the problem was the motor. Both times, Richard has been very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them to you! more

Ac service 7/11/2018

Daniel was great, very professional,knowledgeable and let me watch. As an above average do it yourselfer I really was impressed with the time he took to explain the repair in detail. I would recommend this company as your first call every time. Note I called on Monday and tech was here the next day. more
