After quickly completing the job the team was at my home to do, Luis Sanchez stayed on to help address an additional complaint I had that the heat blower was too loud. He made adjustments to the furnace operations until I was happy with the sound level. He also helped with adjustments to the thermostat. Luis S went way beyond normal customer service and did so late on a Friday afternoon. I am able to avoid waiting for another technician to come out and help with the noise. Luis also explained some of the technical parts . I'm impressed with Luis S.and Homesmsart that they provide this kind of customer service.
