Danny S. from Xcel Energy's HomeSmart was very professional and knowledgeable, identifying the issue and communicating what was needed for the repair of our AC. He let me know that the part would be delivered that afternoon and he'd be here first thing in the morning to install the new part. more

Luis was anxious to help me, walking two blocks uphill through the mess left by the blizzard. He got my furnace working in short order, was very thorough in his work, and was very courteous to me. My only disappointment was with HomeSmart not being able to get help to me for two days because I missed calling them back by 4:00 - missed by 30 minutes and the crews don't work overtime. Communication is key to success. more

Service Pro Luis S. 1/31/2021

Had somebody from Fixit to do a furnace cleaning for $39.95. They did that then told us we needed to replace the electric motor which because it was leaking oil. I know electric motors do not have oil in them. He said it would cost around $600-$700 to replace. I said no I will call Service Pro Luis S. from Homesmart from Xcel Energy to check it out. He did and said everything was fine. Would high recommend Homesmart from Xcel Energy and Luis for your repairs. more

Luis was prompt,efficient,and knowledgeable. He was also fun to talk with. We foster kittens and he shared his cat experiences with us. Even some videos that had us laughing together. In this time of staying home,he was a welcome relief. more

Very satisfied with Furnace Work 9/24/2019

Luis S., Service Pro with HomeSmart, did a superb job; he thoroughly addressed all of my issues. Fall is coming; cold weather is coming. The property owner is a 90-year-old woman; I, her son, worked with Luis S. at HomeSmart; he made me fell secure; it would be a catastrophe if the furnace failed. I hope Luis S. comes back to our home if we ever need service on the furnace again. more
