Jesee S. came to my residence late, never identified himself.
My basement was flooded again for the third time. Just paid for a subpump in October. Said water came from pump but pump is working fine, must be electical.
I refused to dign because he made no sense to me. He refused to help me take bicket with wet towels up stairs, said it wasn't their problem and didn't know how I was going to get the water up he had no wetdry vac.
I had to ask him his name, walked out the
door.
