Recently Edison replaced a power pole & forgot to hook our cable back up. First, technician Paul came out & got the TVs & internet back. Good job. However, one TV again went out later that day. Next, tech Kris came.. not only did she get our cable box going for that one, but she really is a wonderful role model for girls & women: smart, articulate, knowledgable. Cox should send her out to speak to girls in schools & clubs about considering this line of work. She was a great ambassador for Cox & showed that women can be doing different sorts of work like this.
