We have enjoyed excellent service from Jordan Air for 10 years. Two years ago, Jason (an excellent salesman) recommended that our aging heat pumps be replaced by a new, more efficient and quieter Trane system. We are very happy with our decision to take Jason’s advice, as the new heating/cooling Tranes work beautifully, are much quieter, and our monthly energy bills are reduced too. I especially want to recognize Josh Cape who is so knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with our questions about the new system and setting the thermostats. Josh also has recommended ways to help us safeguard against electrical surges which have been costly in the past. During his regular maintenance visits, Josh is always polite and friendly and takes time to answer our questions. We really appreciate his competence and excellent service.
