Jordan Air is the best. They removed my old system and duct work, replaced it with a new system. We were without air for only one day. They have a very professional work force and would highly recommend them. You might find a cheaper company, but you cannot find one as qualified and professional. I went cheap the first time and paid for it for years. This time I did it the right way with Jordan Air. Thank you Jeremy and all of you for a job well done. more

Honest professional 1/15/2018

We had no heat for the winter for two of the coldest days yet! Carmine with Jordan Air was very honest about what was wrong with our unit. We could have spent a chunk of money now to fix it but then possibly have to do that a few months for now. Instead he gave us affordable options that would fix the unit long term and helped us save money on our monthly power bill! Thanks so much! more

Babs is the tech that you want 12/7/2017

Babs was the tech sent by Jordan Air to check my air/heat systems. He was very thorough and discussed his findings and recommendations to fix the few problems with my systems. I would highly recommend Babs to be the tech to check your heating or air condition systems. more

We have enjoyed excellent service from Jordan Air for 10 years. Two years ago, Jason (an excellent salesman) recommended that our aging heat pumps be replaced by a new, more efficient and quieter Trane system. We are very happy with our decision to take Jason’s advice, as the new heating/cooling Tranes work beautifully, are much quieter, and our monthly energy bills are reduced too. I especially want to recognize Josh Cape who is so knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with our questions about the new system and setting the thermostats. Josh also has recommended ways to help us safeguard against electrical surges which have been costly in the past. During his regular maintenance visits, Josh is always polite and friendly and takes time to answer our questions. We really appreciate his competence and excellent service. more

Carmine was on time and very professional. He told me what I needed to fix my a/c and what I could do to improve what we have already. He got my system running that same day. We have an older home with issues and he helped me with ways to make my system more efficient. more

Great Experience 6/19/2017

Andrew A. did a great job. Showed up earlier than expected which is always a bonus when working with your AC. Diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us several options to choose from. He wasn't pushy. Very professional. We had a great experience today. Thanks for making my day so much cooler! more

We've been with Jordan Air for 5 years with no issue and regular maintenance. Josh C. came out and gave us an honest assessment of a coil issue on this last service call, as well as some different and cost effective approaches to remedy this according to our needs. We couldn't be happier and feel that we got the best service and advice around! more

just had my service done by carmine and he did a great job--was on time ,friendly and very informative about all their products and what was best for my house . he help me upgrade my thermostat which was way overdue to a new modern version which can be controlled by your phone from anywhere! thanks again carmine! job well done more

Carmine came before noon as stated from Kristen on Saturday April 1. He promptly found the loose wire and repaired it. He was very informative and suggested to add a dehumidifier to our current unit. I was very pleased with Carmine C.Two thumbs up for Carmine. Andrew A. was here on Monday March 27 for the spring check on all units. He was very nice and courteous but I thought it was not as thorough as some of your other guys(Babs for instance) I thought the check was finished too soon as compared to times before. I can't help but wonder if this was related to our repair today(April 1) or if it's just coincidental. Andrew was a very nice guy and courteous when he was here on March 27. more

    Jordan Air is a full service heating and air conditioning company founded by Donnie and Carolyn Jordan in 1993. With his heating and air conditoning degree from Athens Technical Institution, Donnie began as Jordan Air's sole technician.

    He now oversees the installation and service departments as well as providing energy consultations as "The Energy Coach". Carolyn has a bachelor's degree in accounting from The University of Georgia and works in the office as the financial administrator. Donnie and Carolyn are committed to serving the community and their employees through quality business management.
