I went to One Stop today ... to have my oil changed. To say I'm disgusted with the service would be putting it lightly.
I first noticed some sign of trouble when the guy in the pit became disgruntled and motioned to the others wildly. Never-the-less the job was completed and I left.
I drove out of their shop without brakes! I had no idea! I drove down the hill from One Stop Oil Change and had to use my E-brake to stop. Thank God, I did not have my young sons in my truck!! Thank God, I did not kill someone. This is a serious matter.
I immediately went back to One Stop. They knew what the problem was instantly, because they caused it.
Someone hit the break line, an honest mistake. My truck is a '97 F-150, and I live on a salty Cape Cod.
However, I have a very serious issue with how dangerous it was for them to let me leave their shop knowing full well I had no brakes.
In addition; no one comped my oil change, no one offered to stay at the shop with me while I arranged and waited for a tow, no one apologized, showed concerned, offered to fix the line or pay for the tow.
I could have done a better job without these safty issues, on the ground, in my driveway. Next time I will.
This goes beyond the worst customer service ever. One Stop Oil Change, you are danger to anyone who comes through your door.
