Okay ... Magnolia is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I called Magnolia after receiving some truly terrible service and questionable advice from John G. Webster, the so-called radiator experts. Russ came out promptly on a Friday afternoon, demonstrated superior knowledge regarding my 100+ year old radiators, and scheduled an appointment for me to receive service first thing Monday morning. On Monday, Russ and Jose were on time, polite, professional, and efficient. They did exactly what they promised to do on Friday, exactly as promised, without any surprises. They took great care to inquire about my preferences and they went above and beyond to protect my brand new floors. I would hire Magnolia again, and request Russ and Jose in heartbeat.
