Marlyn is a very good representative and asset to Crain Heating and Cooling.. He apparently had a very long day, never the less came out to our house about 7:30pm for a clean and safety check on our furnace. He was very professional and knowledgeable and patient with my husband(who loves to talk). The price was great compared to other competitors.
