New (4 months old) hot water heater stopped working, as did a light fixture plugged into the same outlet. Diagnosis of faulty connection inside main panel was correct. New circuit breaker installed. Everything works, and it took only about 20 minutes. Randy's accepts credit/debit cards (much more efficient than writing a check), a bit plus for me. Only negative is that the invoice they emailed to me doesn't list individual prices. There's a trip charge, plus a charge for the new circuit breaker, and I assume there's a labor charge, but none of that is listed separately, just $138 for the entire visit. I'd like it to be more itemized. Otherwise, prompt, efficient, friendly, polite, and their explanations were clear and easy to understand. I'll hire them again.
