This was the first time I have used Crain's services and I'm so happy that I did! I was looking to replace my 20 year old furnace and called to request an estimate. Within 2 hours, a Crain Comfort Advisor, Cody arrived at my home. Cody assessed my needs, presented my options and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable on all their products and explained all warranties, rebates and promotions. All the estimates given, were very fair and reasonable. After deciding on a unit, the installation was scheduled for the next day. That morning, Service Pro's Marlyn and Nick arrived on time, explained the install procedure and went right to work. Both are very personable, friendly guy's who really know their stuff! They did a fantastic job on the install and got my new unit up and running earlier than they originally anticipated! Everyone I had contact with at Crain are definitely an asset to the company and strive for excellent customer support and satisfaction. I am sold on Crain Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!!
