I consider myself a very demanding consumer. With that said, I found nothing to be critical of with my dealing with Rob Smith and Advanced Air. He was very professional, did not try to hard sell anything, and answered all my question with patience and understanding. Upon his leaving, both my wife and I agreed we didn't have to see other companies, Advanced Air was going to be our company .
