More than satisfied customer! Exceeded my expectations. The other things you hear people complain about with contractors and home builders - not an issue with this company at all. You don't have tons of people in and out of your house. Everything is personalized and there is constant communication. If I had a question, I called Bryan, who is the company's owner, and I got an immediate response. The level of skill that Bryan has is rather amazing. He is a smart guy and he thinks about every little detail in every little job and how every aspect of building is related. He also just knows what looks good and what looks will be timeless. That increases your ability to sell your home for more money when you go to sell it. I literally have people come into my kitchen, which Bryan redid, and they just don't want to leave it. It looks stunning and his work is just magazine-worthy. It looks like it belongs on the cover of a magazine! Aside from the work itself and the communication, I just liked the ethics of the company. They don't go back on what they say. They do what they promise and they really take care of their customers. Bryan did my kitchen about three years ago and I still get occasional call backs to check in on me and make sure I am still loving the work. I get a call on my birthday each year and a Christmas card too. Legacy Design and Construction LLC. is what all small businesses should be like in this country. They know how to do business and I predict that outlook is what will make this company go places and gain increasing popularity.
