Our family used Bryan from Legacy to install a wood burning stove and make over our fireplace area. We also had him install a mantle. We had been throwing around this idea for close to ten years and so we asked Bryan to come out and consult with us, look at the fireplace we had, and see if we even could put in a wood burning stove. He met with us and he knew everything a person could possibly know about them. He knew the pros, the cons, the estimated costs - he knew everything. So, we met with him. About a week later, we get an estimate for the work we'd be using him for and on the second page, he included the expected savings we could expect to earn back within the next year, two years, three years, and four years depending on how much we used the thing. He predicted the costs of having wood delivered to our home and then compared it to our regular bills, which we showed him when we met with him. Basically, he handed us an estimate, but also a portfolio showing how we could use the product he would install to save us money over time. We never asked for it, didn't expect it, but really valued it and appreciated it. That there showed us the work ethic and we moved forward. Our fireplace looks stunning. Everyone asks who the heck did the amazing stonework on it, and as Bryan predicted, the entire unit has twice paid for itself since he put it in. We would like him to put in another in the next year or so too. It looks like other people on here stated that the pricing was very fair. We felt this way also. There was a substantial rebate on the stove we got and Bryan gave us all the forms and receipts so we could claim it rather than him. Again, most builders would have filed it,never told the owners about it,and kept that money. I think that there speaks volumes about the level of honesty which Bryan applies to his customer relationships.
