I dont have one negative thing to say about this place. From the first consult through my post-opinion appointment I was treated with respect and dignity. I wasn't sure what I needed in order to fix my sagging breast and to achieve my desired end result. Dr.Shah took the time to look at many pictures I had brought in and was able to determine if would need both a breast lift and augmentation. He was even able to tell me exactly how many cc should i would need in my implants. He wasn't pushy either way in deciding between saline or silicone.His staff was also helpful when I was trying on sizes in giving me honest opinions on what they thought would best suit my figure along with my desired look. In the end I went with Dr. Shah'so recommendation and I couldn't be happier. The staff was always quick to answer the honesty if I had any questions, and when I ended a refill on a medication they had it sent within minutes. The day of my surgery the staff was able to to turn me from a nervous wreck into calm and excited state. I absolutely love this place. Ithe was referred to me, and I have since referred it to multiple other people. I can't say enough good about The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. A++ in my book.
