Professional, kind, and courteous staff 4/5/2018

Everyone was very polite and kind during my visit. Dr Centeno also gave me the impression that he was very experienced and had a deep understanding of my situation. All in all, I would definitely recommend them from my experience. more

Dr. Centeno is awesome 2/22/2018

I would highly recommend Dr. Centeno and staff they are professional and very caring. Dr. Centeno performed thigh/knee liposuction and did a fantastic job. I am so happy with my results it actually came out better than even I expected. I was treated wonderfully by all the staff and would not hesitate to have any other procedures done there. more

Nip Tuck Procedure 8/25/2017

Love Dr. Robert Centeno and his team. Heather and Becky have been absolutely fantastic. I can be a bit of high maintenance, but they never show frustration or become impatient with my calls, emails, text or questions. I highly recommend this team for any procedure, and would never entertain going elsewhere. Love, love the customer service! more

Highly satisfied customer 1/16/2017

I dont have one negative thing to say about this place. From the first consult through my post-opinion appointment I was treated with respect and dignity. I wasn't sure what I needed in order to fix my sagging breast and to achieve my desired end result. Dr.Shah took the time to look at many pictures I had brought in and was able to determine if would need both a breast lift and augmentation. He was even able to tell me exactly how many cc should i would need in my implants. He wasn't pushy either way in deciding between saline or silicone.His staff was also helpful when I was trying on sizes in giving me honest opinions on what they thought would best suit my figure along with my desired look. In the end I went with Dr. Shah'so recommendation and I couldn't be happier. The staff was always quick to answer the honesty if I had any questions, and when I ended a refill on a medication they had it sent within minutes. The day of my surgery the staff was able to to turn me from a nervous wreck into calm and excited state. I absolutely love this place. Ithe was referred to me, and I have since referred it to multiple other people. I can't say enough good about The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery. A++ in my book. more

Tip Rhinoplasty bulbous nose 9/14/2016

Dr. Shah is wonderful. I had a bulbous thick skinned nose and now it is thin and looks like it did 20 years ago. My surgery was in July of 2016 and I absolutely love the staff, Doctor Of course, my result! more

Patient Doc & Helpful Staff 7/30/2016

I absolutely LOVED him. He was so patient and caring. I went in wanting gummy bears. Which was more and he suggested I go with silicone for the look I want and saved me a thousand dollars. I talked to him for 2hrs asking questions. Staff was helpful and facility was clean and nice. more
