this company is a community company--with great moral compass and reflected in the field team they train and trust to service their customers. Greg D and trainee Mike came to take care of my security service needs today....they were polite , informative, and walked me trough the process. they did an overall inspection and found issues i was unaware of and corrected them while here. I observed Greg in his training of Mike , and i must say--being a customer service manager--he is fantastic in his approach, he allowed mike to get to the answers and provided positive feed back. Greg has his soft skills down pact. i have been with this company for about 10 years now and i must say--i have always had stellar service. congratulations on running your business in the best way possible.
