Review of Juan B. 4/26/2017

The first thing that Juan did was call with a time that he would be showing up and did so. He was prompt, an introduced himself. Juan was polite, well groomed and showed a positive side of his employer. Juan was well informed and professional in all aspects of his product. No matter what questions we asked he answered with the knowledge necessary. He upgraded our equipment and worked energetically to ensure that all systems were operational before leaving. I would recommend Juan to anyone who needed an intelligent technician promoting J&J Security. If we ever upgrade out system I would like for Juan to return for our work order. Thank You! more

Best security company 4/19/2017

Scott and Eddy(Eddie) were awesome. They did our outdoor cameras and it looks awesome. Also the coverages are exactly the areas we needed covered. Scott was great in showing how to work from our cell phones and tablet. We would truly recommend J&J Security if anyone is looking for security company. They even cleaned up after them and was very thorough. Thank you Scott and Eddy (Eddie). more

Great Service Again 1/5/2017

I had the pleasure of having Ralph A. handle my service call. He was prompt and he immediately knew what the problem was. He installed the new equipment and showed me how to operate it and how to install the mobile app. In addition, he explained the new contract and made sure I understood everything before he left. Ralph is courteous, and professional. I would love for him to handle any future calls. more

this company is a community company--with great moral compass and reflected in the field team they train and trust to service their customers. Greg D and trainee Mike came to take care of my security service needs today....they were polite , informative, and walked me trough the process. they did an overall inspection and found issues i was unaware of and corrected them while here. I observed Greg in his training of Mike , and i must say--being a customer service manager--he is fantastic in his approach, he allowed mike to get to the answers and provided positive feed back. Greg has his soft skills down pact. i have been with this company for about 10 years now and i must say--i have always had stellar service. congratulations on running your business in the best way possible. more

A Quality Security System 7/29/2016

J&J security is a very good security system. Their service team is top notch. I have never felt mistreated by anyone I have talked to. Their technicians do a stellar job trouble shooting and answering any question I may have. more
