Tenant called noting that AC stopped working. I put a request for service online at brunos website for the next morning between 8-10am. The tech Ron T called me around 8:30 to let me know he would be at the apartment around 9. he arrived on time and did a quick inspection and identified the problem. he offered me 3 different solutions from cheapest to most expensive and the differences between all. I choose the middle which seemed like a good solution for now (definitely not a long term solution, but solved the immediate problem). The repair was completed the same day (by around 2pm) and the AC is now working. I am very happy with the service they provided. I have used them on several other occasions and rely on them as the sole provider for AC service on my rental properties (note that i had sears originally who installed this particular ac about 3 years ago do a repair and they actually made the problem worse, which is why I called Brunos).
