I had an awesome experience with M & S., mostly in part as a result of their technician. Our technician, Matt B. was extremely polite, and helpful. He assisted my husband through the home warranty authorization process when it came to repairing our home A/C unit. If it is possible, we'll request Matt again the next time we need to have our systems serviced.
