My husband and I rely on Michael and Son to maintain and repair our HVAC and we have never been disappointed. They are professional in every aspect of their business. We purchased a whole house unit last year and even though it was expensive, we have declared it to be one of our best purchases (as we recall a week outage). We recommend them with no hesitation. more

My HVAC Technician was on time, courteous and very helpful. He completed repairs in a timely manner, explained everything he was working on and cleaned up before he left. He answered any questions I had as well. I would definitely recommend him to someone. more

Busted Pipe leading from kitchen to the main sewer line in crawl space 8/8/2016

8-7-16 Date of Service Our Tech Tyron was friendly, willing to do the job without hesitation. He had a great deal of knowledge about his job. Gurkin had come to our house the day before and did not want to fix our pipe due to it was too wet for him to work. Michael and Sons Tech sprung into action put some plastic down and fixed our leak. I want to thank this technician for making the rest of our weekend pleasant. As for Gurkin they are fired! We now will call Michael and Sons for any future plumbing needs in the future. Exceptional Technician 8/5/2016

The technician was very courteous, professional, and explained the various service plans. He compared all the plans to what I usually purchase. He explained that my previous plan choices wasn't the best choice. He recommended another plan, which was the best plan best choice for me. Which I purchased thus saving me money. more

We recently had Michael & Sons respond to an emergency plumbing issue. The Technician was extremely professional and polite. He worked diligently to correct the problem and the work area was left clean. Awesome company, awesome Technician I would highly recommend Michael & Sons! more

Awsome experience. 8/2/2016

I had an awesome experience with M & S., mostly in part as a result of their technician. Our technician, Matt B. was extremely polite, and helpful. He assisted my husband through the home warranty authorization process when it came to repairing our home A/C unit. If it is possible, we'll request Matt again the next time we need to have our systems serviced. more

HVAC Service 8/1/2016

Just wanted to share how pleased I was with the service I received from Michael & Son. There was an issue with my HVAC unit and Matt came out late to fix. He followed up with me the next day to ensure the fix worked (a previous attempt had "worked" for a day--I wasn't upset, it ended up being a fluke-y short in a piece of equipment--it happens.) Matt is highly professional, conscientious and a credit to Michael & Son. Thanks! more

Heat Pump repair 7/25/2016

Daryn Hooper arrived to determine the issue with my heat pump. He quickly diagnosed a leaking condenser. He ordered the part and returned the next day to replace it. He called to keep me informed of his arrival time. He was a very nice guy. more
