I gave it a one because I cant go any lower. On the ERA /Nuebauer site they tell you to take pictures before moving in and then again when moving out. Done us no good what so ever. When we produced approx 100+ pictures, then they said it was the owner. We signed a lease for them to keep 150.00 cleaning fee,a 60 pest fee, a 400 pet fee. and a carpet cleaning fee, dont remember how much. even though I cleaned it myself they said the owner still wanted 100 more. They said he wanted the wall repainted and charged us 250.00. Even on the complaint reply from ERA Nuebauer they clearly state the owner wants these things done. then they said a bird bath had to be removed and charged us 100. when I sent my complaints in to the BBB it went from a bird bath to large items that had to be removed. I have an email from ERA that says the birdbath was not ours and we would get that 100 back. There was nothing in that yard except a bird bath that was not ours. you can see the pictures of the way the house looked when we moved in on the ERA Nuebauer website.I have pictures, the lease agreement, we had the pest control there 3 times, even though ERA Nuebauer says they spray I have the receipts. I have the walk through checklist that also states, dirt on all walls, scratches and scuffs.
