Today we had electrical service on our pool heater. Dan A. was extremely knowledgeable in not only completing the job but also identifying some other potential electrical problems that we might have with our system. He corrected all the issues in a timely and proficient manner. It's a great concern when dealing with electricity right next to a swimming pool and Dan made sure that every aspect of the electrical connections were completed with our safety as his greatest concern. He did an excellent job and we feel totally confident that our pool is once again safe and properly grounded. In addition, we called with a short timeframe to work with and Mel Carr bent over backwards to ensure they could get here to complete the job quickly.
