Three years ago, we had them come out to repair our pool wall. It was cracked, but we felt we could use a piece of sheet metal to reinforce it. Buchmyers said they could do the repair but would not guarantee it. When the man repaired it, he put one rivet in to hold the wall together. One rivet. Needless to say, we didn't trust it and ended up taking the pool down. They did reimburse part of our payment, but we still paid $250 for nothing. I would not use them again.
