Poor repair job 7/7/2016

Three years ago, we had them come out to repair our pool wall. It was cracked, but we felt we could use a piece of sheet metal to reinforce it. Buchmyers said they could do the repair but would not guarantee it. When the man repaired it, he put one rivet in to hold the wall together. One rivet. Needless to say, we didn't trust it and ended up taking the pool down. They did reimburse part of our payment, but we still paid $250 for nothing. I would not use them again. more

There are great people at Buckmyer's pools. I had a pool that a storm took out. I bought this pool and the crew was great in putting the pool in. It didn't take them long to get it up and ready to use. I also bought a stove from you. Love it. more

no more algae 11/4/2015

We used to have a real problem with algae. We were ashamed to have anyone see out pool. One fine day a fellow pool person told us about Buchmyer's Pools and the Bio Guard chemicals they use. Best advice we ever got about our pool. Since moving to Buchmyer we have never had any algae at all. more

Buchmyer's has been great helping me keep my pool water clear. The staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. If they don't know the answer they get someone who does. I've been going there for years and never had a problem. more

I have been a Buchmyer's customer for many, many years, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my pool and pool supplies. The personal friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge of all employees of Buchmyer's is top notch! more

A very helpful company 11/3/2015

We have been using Buchmyer's pools since we had our liner replaced several years ago. The company did an awesome job with it and we haven't had any problems since. (knock on wood!) They have always showed us the best customer service in answering all our questions about our pool and helped us figure out our problems, which now are very few and far between. I plan to stay with them as long as the pool hold out. more

Buckmeyers pool customer service is horrible he lies and doesn't stand behind his product try's to lie his way out of poor craftsmanship I wouldn't buy a kiddy pool from him he is a nasty man beware go somewhere else do yourself a favor more

Awsome Pool 4/21/2011

Had a pool installed by Buchmyer's they did an excellent job. They had their own installation crew and the guys were great, only took them a day to install the pool. Then Mr. Buchmyer came out after the pool was installed and showed me everything I needed to know in order to enjoy my pool, from adding the chemicals to cleaning my pool. more

Our thoughts 5/22/2010

Bad: Terrible install, installed on a hill. For 6 years now the pool has to be reset due to water off the hill and washing out sand. We now are being charged for their poor service install.Liner falls down and we have to pay to get it put back in.. Other: They do not stand behind there products nor their installation. Had to fight them in court. Stay away!. more

Did an excellent job with the install. We love having our own pool versus going to a private pool (that has about turned public) and having misbehaved children running wild. The entire staff is great and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend purchasing from Buchmyers. more

Love Buchmyers. They installed our beautiful in ground pool. It is everything they promised and we wanted to have! It is so nice for the kids to be in our yard with their friends we here we can keep an eye on them. I know they are safe in our crystal clear water that is so simple to maintain! Just take the water to be tested and they tell us exactly what we may or even may not need. Thats right, I've left this store without a single purchase. They are an honest, good old fashion family run company who sell quality products that are more than worth the price! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Derrick more

Take a Dip 8/19/2005

We love having our own pool in the backyard. We got tired of loading up the kids and driving to a pool where you are at the mercy of the public's behavior. We can swim anytime we want and Buchmeyer's Pools made that possible. They installed it and we see them throughout each summer as we purchase our pool chemicals at their facility in York. When you arrive you notice right away they don't just carry pools. They have quality candles, mailbox covers and many items for the yard. more
