JERRY and his partner spent a few hours at our home yesterday and while most people would not rank a plumbers visit very high on their list of happy occasions, we would have a more positive point of view. Jerry listened to the problem (a huge water bill) and then did a diagnostic check throughout the house and gardens. We are not certain he found the root cause of the excessive water flow but he found a good portion of the problem and made the corrective moves. And he did it all with good humor and smart answers
which made us decide to call Delta next time we have a plumbing need. And hopefully, Jerry will answer the call!
