I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Thomas Eye Care, especially since it was my first visit. I felt welcomed the minute I walked through the door until my appointment was over and I left.
I felt like Dr. Thomas and his staff took the time to understand me and my eye/medical history. Because of this I felt comfortable explaining details without feeling apprehensive.
I also felt that Dr. Thomas took the time to explain my medical condition and what that can do to one's vision in the future. I felt my examination was thorough and everything related to my condition was explained to me so that I understood what I need to pay attention to.
Along with that, I received a very detailed summary of my visit that further reiterated what was explained to me during my visit. I think of this as a reference point in case I have questions, prior to calling the Dr's office first.
I look forward to my future as a patient of Dr. Thomas's and the welcoming atmosphere of his staff.
