The office personnel are genuinely nice and make you feel comfortable from the moment you want in the door. Experiences at previous offices have not been as pleasant so it was really nice to be treated in such a manner. Dr. Thomas was quick, thorough and kind as well. I have already recommended your office to my family - we live the north side of Racine county so it is a distance for us to travel and to me it's worth it. more

I have been to other eye care providers who seemed so condescending. Like they were doing me some GREAT and ALMIGHTY service for letting me be seen. And it honestly really turned me off to the whole profession. But not Thomas Eye Care. Everyone I spoke with on Saturday was all kindness and affability. From the ladies at the front desk, to the doctor I saw, to the woman who helped me order my glasses. I even had a question about if they'd be able to find a pair of glasses I had stolen from my bag at school that I had bought a year ago and the girl was more than happy to see if they could reorder them for me. Never have I been made to feel so at home at a place of business. Thank you Thomas Eye Care. You've made a lifelong customer of me. more

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Thomas Eye Care, especially since it was my first visit. I felt welcomed the minute I walked through the door until my appointment was over and I left. I felt like Dr. Thomas and his staff took the time to understand me and my eye/medical history. Because of this I felt comfortable explaining details without feeling apprehensive. I also felt that Dr. Thomas took the time to explain my medical condition and what that can do to one's vision in the future. I felt my examination was thorough and everything related to my condition was explained to me so that I understood what I need to pay attention to. Along with that, I received a very detailed summary of my visit that further reiterated what was explained to me during my visit. I think of this as a reference point in case I have questions, prior to calling the Dr's office first. I look forward to my future as a patient of Dr. Thomas's and the welcoming atmosphere of his staff. more
