To put it mildly, our move was worst than any moving experience I have ever even heard of and trust me I have heard some horror stories! To sum our experience up in a limited number of words would be to say that we experienced: negligence, dishonesty, damaged and destroyed items/furniture, overpaid by thousands of dollars, rude and unethical conduct AND NO COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGED AND DESTROYED ITEMS!!!! We have filed a complaint with the BBB and with an attorney!! We will be heading to court unless it is settled soon!!
