Machen L came out to our location to diagnose and fix why our garbage disposal was not working. He was able to quickly identify the issue and presented the options and pricing.
In addition to fixing the problems, he was friendly and took the time to explain what caused the problem, how to avoid it, and what maintenance steps we needed to take in the future to keep our drain working properly. He also made note of several things that would need attention in the future and made recommendations for those items.
