We have had nothing but professional service from everyone at Vaughn Automotive. From the day we bought our 2014 Van from them to today. The sales staff was highly knowledgeable about the vehicles and their individual jobs. Returning to the service department both with /without appointments has never been a problem. With and appointment they have always got me in within minutes of the appointed time, if we didn't have an appointment the wait would be longer but never has it been unreasonable.
In our opinion the people of Vaughn Automotive Group is Customer Service orientated, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about their jobs.
