Matthew and Josh did the work for us yesterday.
They came on time and identified the problem in minutes.
Three possibilities were described and explained and I was given time to think before making a decision.
Both men were courteous, on -time and took the time to place shoe covers on and off numerous times as they came in and out. Talk about man-muscle these guys carried a water heater in and out up and down 36 steps with no injury to our home and themselves with ease.
After a quick warm up time we had hot water and heat again so appreciated!!!!!!!!!
We had a question after the work was done and Matthew called me back and explained everything to me promptly. Could not as for more. It was not we did the job and forget about you guys for now........
If the equipment holds up and works as promised we could not ask for anything more.
