A call that i thought would entail follow up on previous warrantied work for a clogged drain, turned into a full on sales pitch to replace all my pipes. Yes, Matt was thorough and overly pleasant,but it didn't feel genuine. I know the house is old and pipes need attention, but I really just wanted to deal with the problem at hand. I was happy with the first service at $76, but can't say the same for today's bill at four times the cost. And like i said, it should have been dealt with the first day. I would have happily paid another $76 since another outlet valve needed to be snaked, but the price difference did not seem appropriate.
