I contacted Penguin Air for an A/C Spring check up, using a Groupon that I had recently purchased. The appointment process was quick and easy. Prior to an on the day of the appointment I was notified by Penguin Air as a reminder. My service tech, Nemia , called when he was about 20 minutes from my house. Anemia was extremely polite, respectful and qualified. Within a short time he was explaining to me (with pictures he had taken) the status of my air exchanger. He indicated the problems and his concerns and offered several solutions. There was no pressure, his only concern was what was best for our particular situation. Once I gave the ok to start the work, I was surprised that he was able to begin immediately and was completed within a couple of hours. My wife came home after the work was started and Nemia took the time to explain the problem he discovered and the benefits of the "scrubber" he was installing. Nemia was exceptional, I would highly recommend him and Penguin Air.
