While I received a reminder phone call the day prior to the service call with an indication that a courtesy call would also be made 30 minutes prior to the expected arrival of the technician, there was no 30 minute notice which resulted in the technician having to move his vehicle so I could move my car to provide access to the attic in the garage. (I had planned on doing this when receiving the courtesy call.) Otherwise, Daryl was very professional and considerate - a pleasurable service visit. He also provided information on an additional piece of equipment which addressed a comfort/health issue of interest to me.
