Call was scheduled between 9:00AM and noon. At 9:30 I received a call indicating tech would arrive toward the end of the window. At 12:45 I called and was told by the man that answered that he would call dispatch and have them call me right away. At 2:00PM I received a call from Jory indicating that he would arrive shortly.
When I voiced my dissatisfaction to him he showed me his phone indicating that he had called in several times to tell them that his first assignment of the day was a 4 hours job and 45 minutes away from me and that there was no way he could accept the assignment,
I have personally spoken to Louis Bruno in the past and I know that he is committed to making his business the best it can be - but he seriously needs to address his dispatch team. To have not been called on their initiative is bad....to have not been called when I reached out to indicate there was a problem in totally unacceptable. It was our last day in Florida and we had hoped to be able to do something and take advantage of the beautiful weather...thus the request for the early appointment. Given the chance, we would have scheduled a different day on our next visit.
As for Jory - our tech - he was outstanding !!! very professional and engaging and personable, very thorough and provided great feedback on his findings
