Though it was the Sales Persons first day, he walked around with us out in the Phoenix heat and searched for the right vehicle. When he couldn't find the one we were looking for, he went and got someone to assist. Though he may not have known the answer to every question, he was very helpful and engaged in the process. He will be a good salesman in the industry if he sticks with it.
