My salesman went above and beyond, to find what I was looking for. Even as far as to look at the surrounding states. He worked hard to get me the payment I could afford. more

Fourth truck purchased at Bell Ford 11/7/2016

As always, the deal was handled by Gary Richardson. This was my fourth truck purchased from Bell in just three years. Gary does a great job and I will return to Bell in 2018 for truck #5. more

Great salesman 10/19/2016

Though it was the Sales Persons first day, he walked around with us out in the Phoenix heat and searched for the right vehicle. When he couldn't find the one we were looking for, he went and got someone to assist. Though he may not have known the answer to every question, he was very helpful and engaged in the process. He will be a good salesman in the industry if he sticks with it. more

My entire lease experience was a pleasure. Firstly, I appreciated the internet sales system and the people using it and how they contacted me to see if I had any questions or concerns. That kept me interested, and wanting to do business with Bell Ford. Secondly, and most importantly, Jason Lowery put me at ease, was extremely helpful answering my questions and brought me through the sales process 'unharmed.' Jason introduced me to his entire team, who went out of their way to make me welcomed and appreciated! Jason also was very accommodating by providing options with car delivery and my rental car return. So many thanks to Jason for making me feel like a friend; and the Bell Ford team for a great experience! more

Go to Bell Ford first. 7/14/2016

Everyone should go to Bell Ford - We were vehicle shopping. We actually went to several places before pulling over and doing a Google search for other options when I came upon "Bell Ford" From the initial phone call to the signing on the dotted line we were treated like royalty. Our salesman was friendly, courteous, very outgoing. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing and went out of his way to see to it that we understood everything we were being told without making us feel "challenged".. A person does NOT realize just how much goes into the purchase of a car. It is a long detailed process. I am grateful that we had the salesman we did. It is always so much easier when someone as qualified as he is walks it with you and keeps you informed at every level. I would urge anyone looking for a vehicle to contact Bell Ford for prompt courteous service. Thank you for going out of your way to accommodate us with our search and purchase. I will tell anyone looking for a car to go to Bell Ford. more

Wonderful Trip! 7/11/2016

Butch and Kathy really made me feel appreciated as a potential customer. They were welcoming, friendly, informative to say the least. More than anything they helped me narrow down my needs and match the right truck up with those needs. It made everything so smooth and efficient. My Bell Ford Service Representative is Very Pleasant 7/8/2016

Michael Perrault took care of having my car serviced. He was very good with explaining each thing that was serviced on my car. I had a couple of questions which he explained and did not treat me like I was some dumb lady. My car was serviced in the time he said it would be. My service experience was very pleasant. I have no suggested improvement as my visit went smoothly. Thank you very much for your professionalism in handling my visit. more

I am grateful beyond words for Bell Ford! 5/25/2016

Love being part of the Bell Ford family!! I especially want to thank Butch for being so AWESOME. He was so outstanding in every way. We could not have had a more personable and knowledgeable sales rep!! I also want to thank Joe for making it happen as he said it would go. You both made this a fantastic experience for us and I felt confidence and trust in you both and that means EVERYTHING to me in making a large, financial commitment. Give my Princess Fiona the Focus a loving home. I will miss her dearly. We had some great miles together. Duchess Fergie the Fusion and I will have some great adventures ahead of us, I am sure. Thank you for being a part of a very wonderful weekend guys. I appreciate all of the work and miracles you performed to get us into a car that would best fit our needs and situation. Our experience at Bell Ford was a positive one. 3/28/2016

I recently purchased a new F150 from Bell Ford. I had already done extensive research online and through test drives at another Ford dealership closer to my home to determine that this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase, so my purpose in visiting Bell Ford was to purchase a specific vehicle I had already found in the dealership's inventory posted online. I found the purchase experience to be as pleasant as can be expected. The sales staff and everyone that I interacted with were knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Overall my buying experience was very enjoyable and everyone at Bell Ford did a great job for us. We are very happy with our purchase and expect to enjoy our new truck for many years. Thanks to everyone at the dealership for making our purchase experience a positive one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a used or new vehicle. They are a great dealership with helpful and knowledgeable staff and an extensive selection of vehicles to choose from. more

Amazing experience at Bell Ford! 3/16/2016

My experience at Bell Ford was amazing! I was a first time buyer and got a ton of help there! It was the perfect place to go, the staff was extremely helpful and I have to mention my super honest, funny and down to earth, finance guy Lance! He was extremely patient with me and didn't beat around the bush at all. He worked his hardest to make things work out in my favor and is still continuing to do so! Bell Ford has made it perfectly clear that they are there for the customers and their main goal is to make the customers happy! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who was going car shopping! more

Bell Ford has my business from now on! 1/8/2016

When I started looking for a truck I was very particular about what I wanted, I knew it would be hard to find. The sales person at Bell Ford went out of his way to send me listing after listing and completely work around my hectic schedule. He make the search very easy. It took a couple months but he never gave up and finally found the exact truck I wanted, at the price I wanted, and manage to work in the options I needed that were not already on the truck. This was my first diesel truck and even the other people at the dealership were more than happy to assist me with any questions I had. They took the time to listen and continued to help with everything until I had a complete understand of the new rig. For that, they will have my business from now on!!! more

WE CHOSE BELL FORD 11/21/2013

We priced other dealerships, but chose Bell Ford due to price and the customer service they provided. We are now a Bell Ford family, with an Edge and a Focus hatchback purchased this month. The service and pricing of Bell made it an easy decision to buy from them. more
