Darren is knowledgeable, professional, and knows air conditioners. He helped resolve a series of serious issues with this air conditioner. He follows through and takes great pride in his work. I have requested to have ONLY Darren do service on my air conditioner. He's been in the business for 20+ years and knows what he is doing. I understand that everyone needs to start at some point, but the younger servicemen created more problems than solved them. Thank you Darren! We really appreciate your effort, willingness to listen, initiative, and willingness to do the work that was required AND do it in an excellent and careful manner!
