We went in and were literally walked out with excellent credit and a budget of 350 a month. We were so embarrassed by this. The jackass that did it was very rude and unprofessional. He was an older man with white hair, tan skin and shook like Michael J. Fox. IT WAS ONE OF THE MOST SAD MOMENTS, IT REALLY INSULTED US AS A FAMILY AND YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!
