I purchased an older home last year and after having a 3 month remodel done to my home, I've become very hesitant to trust contractors. I called Delta for an estimate, because I was told that I needed to replace my main water line in front of the house. I had four estimates from various companies and Eric Harris was the only plumber that proved to me why it wasn't necessary. He took the time to dig up part of my lawn to prove the line was already replaced. Then he also pointed out other issues in the house that I decided to have him repair. In my mind, honesty and integrity is hard to come by in this business so I wanted to make sure you did something to acknowledge his efforts because he made me a customer for the future and this was my first experience with the company, after finding you online.
