I had an issue w/ my air that was done by another company I googled and found Advanced Air. When I called I got greeted by a professional customer service person. They were able to get me in the same day kept me updated on what was going on. When the tech arrived he went above and beyond to show me what happened with my unit. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable. I would recommend Advanced Air because of from the start of my conversation with their office (Tabitha) to the Tech Gerry and being so leary after my previous experience they won me over.
