I had an issue with my furnace on one of the coldest days of the new year. Called Rupcoe because they were local and Angelo showed up in less than two hours, very nice guy and knowledgeable of the furnace, but actually anybody could see the blower wasn't working. To make a long story short a two hours later and one new blower motor I was back up and running, only problem it cost me $909 for a $242 part and one hour labor, plus the hour to go get the part... Not happy
